Dr. Dana J. Messenger, DO, FACOG is an OB/GYN at OB-GYN Associates PC and a Cedar Rapids, Iowa native. Dr. Messenger believes that every woman deserves the best in supportive and compassionate care and always strives to deliver that to patients from all over the Cedar Rapids, Iowa area.
Dr. Messenger earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Des Moines University in Des Moines, Iowa and then completed her residency at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. She is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is proud to be a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Dr. Messenger supports her patients through every stage of life, from early adulthood to pregnancy to menopause and beyond. She can do most testing and procedures on site at OB-GYN Associates PC, as well as surgery at the local hospitals.
When she isn’t helping women achieve their best health, Dr. Messenger loves spending time with her husband, 3 children and her 2 dogs. In her free time she enjoys all things active, especially running. She loves traveling as well as cheering for her kiddos and the Yankees.
